Rehabilitation/reintegration is one of the very important and crucial works of this organization. The organization always has to think about sustainable rehabilitation or reintegration of the trafficking survivors so that the reintegrated survivor cannot be re-trafficked. After rescue/release or repatriation, BNWLA keep them in its shelter home called PROSHANTI for a temporary period to prepare them so that they can be rehabilitated back into the society.
At the Shelter home the survivors receive basic supports including psycho-social counseling. While a survivor is handover to his/her family, a vigilance team is formed at his/her locality. Besides, field level staff of BNWLA follows-up on the status of the survivor and tries to solve his/her problems if an issue arises. Local clinic lawyers also look after the survivors and helps out if required.
