The training division of BNWLA has been setup to address the training needs of the staff and members of BNWLA as well as the staff of other government and non-government organizations. The main goal of the training division is to increase the awareness of grassroots people, law enforcing agencies, government officials, NGO activists, and other community people on human rights & legal issues concerning women and children. It provides training courses for capacity building of BNWLA members, staff and Government Officials, NGOs and development practitioners on women and child rights issues.
The Objectives of Training Division - To build capacity of the staff and member of the organization
- To build capacity of the partner organization and stakeholder in combating violence against women and children.
- To provide assistance and facilities to other organization in organizing training, seminar and workshop.
Bangladesh National Woman Lawyers’ Association (BNWLA) has a training program to enhance the capacity of its internal staff, members, partners and other stakeholders in order that on program can be addressed adequately and effectively.
Under this program training department organizes the following in-house training courses for the staff and members while it provides different need based training for the staff and members from outsourcing.
